How do I know what size to order for boutique wear?

If you have any questions or concerns about fit for any of our products, feel free to text, call, or direct message me on Instagram. I will request measurements, photos, or current clothing sizes to help! If there are ever issues with your fit, don’t hesitate to let me know, and I will help make it right.

How do custom orders work?

Custom orders consist of

  • Initial appointment: measurements, discussion of fabrics and trims, and any questions or concerns about alteration needs or preferences.

  • Sometimes there will be a short wait time for fabrics to be shipped in

  • The base/prototype of your custom design will be created for your initial fitting

  • Once your initial fitting has been performed, we will make any sizing adjustments before adding the final details to your product

  • Your item will be steamed, packaged, and delivered or shipped to you directly

  • You will then receive a final invoice if any balance remains or if any additional alteration charges are accrued.

What is the difference between boutique and custom lingerie?

Boutique lingerie is wholesale, selected by TPW owner, Jayla Nicole. We source our lingerie from a wonderful Californian showroom. Custom lingerie is cut, sometimes patterned, and sewn by Jayla Nicole with the assistance and guidance of her Aunt, Lael Dorman, an experienced seamstress. Jayla utilizes her fashion school as well for resources and learning how to perfect her craft. True Piscean Wear is a family and friend run brand!

How long is turn around time usually for boutique orders?

Depending on stock and time of year for shipping, our boutique orders are received within 5-10 days.

How long is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?

The typical turnaround time is 3-6 weeks, depending on the details of a custom design and where the fabrics and trim are shipping from.
