How do custom orders work?
Custom orders consist of
Initial appointment: measurements, discussion of fabrics and trims, and any questions or concerns about alteration needs or preferences.
Sometimes there will be a short wait time for fabrics to be shipped in
The base/prototype of your custom design will be created for your initial fitting
Once your initial fitting has been performed, we will make any sizing adjustments before adding the final details to your product
Your item will be steamed, packaged, and delivered or shipped to you directly
You will then receive a final invoice if any balance remains or if any additional alteration charges are accrued.
How long is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?
The typical turnaround time is 3-6 weeks, depending on the details of a custom design and where the fabrics and trim are shipping from.
